What we do:
Cover Me Famous will create a custom and unique magazine cover template for your meeting or event. You choose the title of the magazine , a main headline, captions, and a date for your cover. We can add logos to your cover as well. please note that real magazine titles are copyrighted and may not be used. A sample picture will be needed to create your template around. A photo similar to the positioning you will have your guests stand and the distance you will be taking the photo from will work best so words do not end up covering any faces.
You will be sent a draft of your template (via email) to review and request changes. Once you approve your custom template, you will be emailed a print quality .png file for use at your meeting or event. This type of file allows us to completely remove the background so all you need to do is slip your photo in to already existing magazine cover template. Be sure the computer program you will use at your event accepts .png files.
Cover Me Famous owns the rights to the work we create. In general, we do not offer our customers print quality files or templates for reproduction. However, when you purchase a template for a meeting or event, you will be given the rights to reproduce and use the template we have created up to a certain number of prints (based on expected attendance). We will provide you with a short written agreement prior to ordering. This agreement will contain the permission needed to reproduce our work as well as the final cost. Once we receive the signed agreement back we will begin to create your custom template and send you an invoice. We will send you drafts of your cover prior to payment, however, we cannot provide you with the final print quality template until payment has been made in full.
At your event:
At your meeting or event, you will need to have a digital camera available to take the photo of your attendees or guests. Be sure to have all of your photographs taken in the same location since your template has been created with this in mind. Once your photo is ready, save it to your laptop and simply insert the photo into your custom created cover and print. It’s that easy!
